Step 5 – Generate AIPMT 2017 Confirmation Page
After completing the AIPMT 2017 Registration Process, candidates have to generate the confirmation page by clicking on the confirmation link.
Documents to Preserved after submitting AIPMT 2017 Application Form:
Candidates are advised to preserve the following documents after completing the AIPMT 2017 online registration process for future references and communications.
- Confirmation page of AIPMT 2017 application
- Proof of examination fee paid (bank challan for offline mode and online receipt if fee is paid through electronic payment gateway )
- 5 or 6 copies of identical photograph uploaded in AIPMT 2017 application form
- Copy of self-declaration( if candidates belong from Andhra Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir and Telangana)

Step 4 – Payment of AIPMT 2017 Examination Fee
The application fee can be paid either online or offline. Candidates must select any of the modes to pay the AIPMT 2017 examination fee.
Online Mode: The online mode of payment can be done through Debit/Credit/ Net Banking
Offline Payment Mode: The offline mode of payment can be done through bank challan of Syndicate Bank, *Canara Bank, State Bank of India, ICICI Bank or HDFC Bank generated at the time of application procedure

Step 3 – Uploading of Images, Signature and Right Hand Index Finger Impression
Candidates have to login using their registration number and password for uploading their images, signature and right hand index finger impression.
Image Size – Must be in JPG format and size must be between 10 KB and 100 KB
Signature Size – Must be in JPG format and size must be between 3 KB and 20KB
Right Hand Index Finger Impression – Must be in JPG format and size must be between 3 KB and 20KB

In Step 2 – Fill the Online AIPMT 2017 Application Form and generate registration number
In AIPMT 2017 Registration form candidates have to fill the requisite information as asked. Candidates have to fill their name, category, place of residence, contact details, corresponding address, etc. Students from AP, J&K and Telangana are not eligible for 15% All India Quota. Students from AP, J&K and Telangana who are domicile of other states are required to submit self-declaration for 15% All India Quota seats. Student from AP, J & K and Telangana are required to submit Self Declaration The submitted self-declaration cannot be edited further, once submitted. Candidate’s rank in the merit list for seats under the control of participating States will be generated on the basis of the State Code of Eligibility filled in by the Candidates in the application form
At this stage candidates have also to furnish their academic qualification at the designated space provided like Name of the School / College from where they passed class 10 & 12, marks scored, year of passing, etc.

Step 1 – Download AIPMT 2017 Information Brochure and read it to ensure eligibility criteria
As per the AIPMT 2017 Eligibility Criteria, candidates will be at least 17 years old as on December 31, 2016 while the age limit is 25 years for general and 30 years for SC / ST / OBC category candidates. Candidates must be appearing or have passed class 10+2 or equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Bio-technology (PCB) subjects.

AIPMT 2017 Application Form – Candidates can now fill the application form of AIPMT 2017 in online mode, available from December , 2016. The AIPMT Application Form 2017 can be filled on or before January 12 without late fee and with late fee till February, 2017. The application form has been released by CBSE for candidates who wish to pursue undergraduate MBBS/BDS programmes under 15% All India Quota Seats. ‘

AIPMT 2017 Application Form can be filled in 5 steps.
At stage 1st candidates have to download the admission brochure to ascertain their eligibility and know all about AIPMT 2017.
At 2nd stage, candidates have to obtain the registration number by filling in the on-line application. Next stage is to upload images of photograph, signature and right hand index finger impression in JPEG prescribed format. In stage 3 candidates have to pay the requisite examination fee either through Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking or Bank Challan.
At stage four candidates have to take the printout of ‘AIPMT 2017 Confirmation Page’. It must be noted that there is no need to send the Confirmation Page to CBSE. Candidates are advised to preserve this page for future correspondence.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has opened a onetime correction window for candidates to rectify any mistakes in their AIPMT 2017 application form.
